The budget crunch has hit our district hard. So next year…..I’ll be doing double-duty. Going back to my first four years of teaching, I’ll be doing both band and choir next school year.
In one way, I kinda welcome it. There’s been some parts of me ‘missing’ choir for the past 6 years I’ve been doing instrumental and general music. I do miss those earlier years when I was teaching band and choir at the high school level.
So that means over the summer, time for the site to get a bit of a revamp. Who knows….I may even actually activate MusicTube or whatever I’ll call it (I have a YouTube clone installed on site, but it’s not public yet). We’ll see.
